AccountIQ is marketed exclusively to businesses acting in a commercial or professional capacity. These terms concern use of the website and public demo; they are not a subscription agreement, software licence for a customer deployment or service-level agreement.
2. Free demonstration and product information
The public demo is free to explore without creating a personal account. Role selection opens selected read-only views containing fictional people, organisations and sample data. The demo does not provide access to a customer workspace.
Demo scores, trends, comparisons and recommendations illustrate product functionality. They are not medical advice, treatment recommendations or a basis for decisions about real patients or healthcare professionals.
Descriptions, screenshots, videos and examples illustrate AccountIQ. They do not promise a particular business result. The functions, integrations and scope available in a paid implementation depend on the separate agreement.
Do not enter patient data, confidential customer information or other unnecessary personal data into demo search fields or send such data with a general enquiry.
3. Enquiries and paid services
Browsing, selecting a demo role, downloading the overview or sending an enquiry does not order a paid service. Scope, pricing, implementation, support, licences and any data-processing arrangements are agreed separately before paid services are provided.
The website has no checkout or online subscription purchase. Any individual agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
4. Permitted use
You may explore the demo, share links and download material expressly offered for download for legitimate informational and internal business-evaluation purposes.
- Do not bypass access controls or attempt to obtain data or functions outside the public demo.
- Do not interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, overload the service or misuse it unlawfully.
- Do not misrepresent fictional demo information as real customer or patient data.
5. Intellectual property
AccountIQ and the original website materials are owned by Robert Ludwig Anschütz or used with permission. Rights in third-party software, fonts, names and other licensed components remain with their respective rights holders.
Access to the demo does not transfer ownership or grant rights to resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the software. Reproduction or adaptation of protected material beyond the permitted informational use requires the relevant permission, unless allowed by law.
6. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with website information but may revise content or demo functions. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons; the public demo has no agreed service-level commitment.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, an expressly assumed guarantee or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
